NOTE: If you would like to do an exchange please place it within 14 days from receiving your order. After this period of time changes won´t be accepted. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org puting your order number as an email title.
We arrange a full return and refund for the damaged item. The refund will be processed once the items have been received and checked in our warehouse.
While creating our online store and uploading the products we made all the effort that the colors of the products correspond 100% with the physical clothes. However, due to different types and configurations of devices, we can not guarantee that the color seen on the screen corresponds 100% with the real one.
Before the order leaves our warehouse we check the products thoroughly and it is our aim to deliver every package in perfect conditions. If you receive a faulty o damaged item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We will do everything to find the perfect solution, in this case, we will arrange a return and process a full return for the damaged item.
In order to exchange the item for another one, please return the original item and purchase a new one.
You can also exchange your item at any of our stores in Palma or Puerto Portals.
